MY JOURNEY
I’m a Brooklyn-based gal with a deep love for health, wellness, and helping women feel their best. My path to health coaching was born from my own struggles with health challenges and years of navigating high-stress industries like fashion and corporate real estate. These experiences taught me the obstacles that can hinder our well-being—and more importantly, how to overcome them.
For as long as I can remember, I dealt with issues like gut health struggles (SIBO, candida, leaky gut), eczema, acne, weight retention, fatigue, anxiety, and hormone imbalances. These challenges shaped my perspective and fueled my passion for helping others. I’ve learned that while there’s no one-size-fits-all solution, having the right support can make all the difference.
