The Foundational Program

A 3-month, 1:1 coaching partnership designed to help you restore clarity, energy, and confidence in your body - by addressing the root causes behind your symptoms and building habits that support you through every hormonal stage.

This program is ideal if you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed by conflicting health advice, or ready to move away from quick fixes and toward sustainable, supportive routines & rituals that actually fit your life.

What’s included

  • Deep Dive Kick-off (60 minutes): A comprehensive assessment of your health history, lifestyle, stress patterns, nutrition, cycle/hormonal health, and goals—so we’re working from a clear, holistic foundation

  • Six Bi-weekly Virtual Coaching Sessions (30 minutes each): Spaced intentionally to allow time for real implementation, reflection, and adjustment between sessions

  • Personalized integrated health plan + ongoing email support

  • Resources including grocery lists, recipes & meal ideas, product recommendations , educational resources and more

  • Mindset & Accountability Support: We focus not just on what to do, but how to follow through-building confidence, consistency, and self-trust along the way
