A 3-month partnership to help you uncover what’s holding you back, rebuild & create sustainable habits, and bring clarity & vitality into your life — through all hormonal stages.

Deep Dive Kick-off: 1-hour assessment of your health history, lifestyle and goals
Six bi-weekly 30-minute virtual coaching sessions, allowing time between sessions to implement the “work”
Personalized integrated health plan + daily email support
Resources including grocery lists, recipes & meal ideas, product recommendations and more
Ongoing accountability, mindset work and habit-building

Investment & Insurance:
Investment: 3 monthly payments of $300, or $810 if paid in full (a $90 savings). Please message me at ak@wellwithadelaide.com to discuss payment plan options.
Insurance: I provide superbills with CPT codes upon request for clients who wish to independently submit for out-of-network reimbursement.
